Terms for AI Speaking credits

What you buy

You buy credits. One credit lets you submit one IELTS-style Speaking practice mock for AI scoring.

The result is practice feedback generated by AI. It is not an official IELTS score, it is not endorsed by IELTS, IDP, British Council or Cambridge, and we do not guarantee any score or band.

Who can use it

This service is for users aged 18 and over. Younger students can join our teacher-led Young Learners programme instead.

How long credits last

Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused credits expire after that.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your order code to ask.

If scoring fails for a technical reason, or your answer is too short to score, the credit is returned to your code automatically.

Your answers and data

Your typed answers are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (USA), to produce your feedback. We do not store your answers. The provider does not use them for training and deletes them within 30 days.

When you order, we keep the email or Zalo contact you give us, your order code and payment details, for payment records.
