Every session is built from the evidence in your report: conversation, modelling, practice and your own independent attempt — never a model essay to memorise. In a live session, your teacher can also hear pronunciation; a typed AI report cannot assess it.

Do I need a diagnostic first?
Adults: start with an AI Speaking practice mock; your session is built from its evidence. Under 18: the AI mock is for adults, so a parent can book a teacher-led session instead. For Writing Task 2, bring one recent Task 2 essay; your teacher reads it with you, because the AI diagnostic covers Speaking only. See the Live Speaking Baseline
Can my child (under 18) have sessions?
Yes, with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. When booking a time on this page, the parent chooses “My child (under 18)”, adds the child’s name and age, and confirms consent. Sessions are not recorded.
Is the diagnostic included in the session?
No. The diagnostic and the 1-to-1 session are separate services, each confirmed and paid for separately.
Will my band score go up?
No result is guaranteed. What you can count on is one clear priority, an independent attempt in the session, and a follow-up task for a new prompt.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, on request. Face-to-face includes additional costs and services, such as travel or a venue. Location, availability and the total are agreed with you before anything is confirmed.
