Prepare for a useful first conversation

Choose the route that matches the decision you need to make. A parent comparing learning options can bring the learner’s age, current reading experience and one recent piece of work. An adult exploring IELTS practice can describe the task that causes difficulty and provide an example answer if they already have one. A school should explain who the learners are, what teaching is already in place and what question the school wants to resolve. You do not need to manufacture a test result just to start a conversation.

Before sending information, remove unrelated personal details from any sample. A short description of the learning problem is usually more useful than an entire history of private records. Ask which programme fits the stated need, what the next step involves and where the current terms and price can be checked. This page helps you choose an entry route; it does not itself confirm enrolment, a timetable or a learning outcome. If you are still comparing approaches, read the relevant programme and syllabus pages first, then use the contact route with a specific question.
